These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Sharpest Pencil LLC. By using the site you accept them.

Content on this site describes services in general terms. It is not estimating, engineering, legal or financial advice, and it must not be relied upon for a bid, price or contractual decision.

Advice is given only under a signed engagement, in writing, dated, and limited to the facts and documents provided to us.

Where an executed engagement agreement conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement governs the services, deliverables, fees, confidentiality and liability position for that work.

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship, an exclusivity commitment or a confidentiality obligation beyond the handling described in our privacy notice. Do not send confidential or owner-restricted material until a mutual confidentiality agreement is in place.

Site text, layout, marks and graphics are owned by us or used with permission. Deliverables produced under an engagement are licensed or assigned as set out in that engagement agreement.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not warrant that it is free of error or uninterrupted. Sector descriptions and capability statements may change without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content. Liability for engagement work is addressed exclusively in the relevant engagement agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
